Interesting Factoid: Most people don’t know that I know how to swim “properly.”

At UCM, I cannot think of a single problem which I contributed the most or single-handedly changed the outcome. It’s all about team work (shipper, importer, broker, freight forwarder, and trucker) and close communication. I guess customers like working with me because I often prepare, trace, and arrange their containers in advance. When they call, I always know who he/she is from the very first second. This gives them a sense of care and a decent business partner to work with.
