Tam Dinh

Tam was born on August 1985 in Saigon, Vietnam. Tam moved to Atlanta in 1991 and has been living here since then. Upon graduating from high school, Tam joined the military in the early spring of 2005. While in the U.S. Army Reserve, Tam attended Georgia State University.  In the fall of 2009, Tam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative, Finance.

Tam is currently attached to the 461st HR Co. in the United States Army Reserve as a Second Lieutenant. Tam loves cooking, fishing, new technology (cell phones) and hustling a “friendly" cash game of poker :D . Tam enjoy participating at Vietnamese community events and working with fellow Vietnamese to preserve his heritage “the yellow flag with three stripes!”

One interesting thing about Tam that most people don’t know is that Tam won a male pageant (aka Mr. Elegant) by default.  When the top 5 finalist was announced, the 5th candidate did not show up and Tam was next in line.  During the final round, Tam was questioned “What you do think is the ideal career? And what is yours?” Speechless for a couple of seconds, Tam delivered his 30 seconds answer and saluted the crowd.  That’s all folks!! Tam won the title Mr. Elegant 2010.
