Universal Cargo Management

I would like to say what a pleasure it has been working with the Universal Cargo Staff.

Henry, Jenny and Daphne always go over and above to make sure our needs are met and that we are satisfied with the out come of any situation.

Many times I have called to ask a question and they explain it so I can understand and they make sure I understand before we end the call.

Should I need a freight quote I always have it with in a few minutes they are quick, efficient and very organized when it comes to taking care of their customers.

I have had many freight forwarders and brokers call me trying to get our business.

I always tell them there is nothing broken, so nothing to fix and we are very happy and content with Universal Cargo.

I am happy to say that I have made 3 new friends with Universal Cargo.
