I would like to thank you guys for the wonderful service you provide for Child Craft. I have been working with Universal for 2 years and I can truly say your service is the best.

There has never been a time when I have had a problem, concern or question that I haven't gotten a prompt courteous response within minutes. It is amazing how quick you respond and to me that says a lot about your service.

Another reason I feel Universal exceeds in service is because I have my own "team" to work with. Since I started working in the Import Department at Child Craft I have always had the same three employees at Universal to take care of our needs. Henry, Brian and Jenny are qualified professional, dependable employees.
