I just wanted to take a moment to thank all at Universal Cargo for your excellent customer service and handling of my account. Shipping containers from overseas can be very trying at times and your team‚s customer service facilitates this process. Their customer service continues to stand head and shoulders above the rest. I have used many cargo companies over the last 15 years and there is a difference..your team shines.
I would like to especially mention the services of Ruby and Henry. Their follow through and attention to service is excellent. I have had a few urgent shipments this year that needed special attention. Ruby and Henry watched these containers, as they do with all, and made sure they were delivered as soon as possible. Ruby was actually able to get a container out of a rail yard in Washington, DC on a snowy Friday afternoon and delivered to my customers by 4:30 PM. Not only was I amazed but so was my customer, whose crew actually cheered when the container arrived. This quality of service reflects well on my business and my reputation with my customers.
