Universal Cargo has been our freight forwarder of choice since November 1999. We had used other freight forwarders in the past, but found that none were as easy to work with as Universal Cargo.
The staff of Universal Cargo always gives me the most up to date information when I need it. They keep me informed of the status of our containers which makes it much easier for us and for our customs broker to get the containers cleared in a timely manner.
Like many companies in today's fast paced world, Universal Cargo has voice mail so that you can leave messages if they are not available. However, unlike many companies I have dealt with in the past, Universal Cargo always returns their phone calls in a timely manner.
You will find their rates to be competitive and their service is second to none. Their staff is friendly and helpful and if you have never used Universal Cargo, I urge you to give them a try.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how well my new rep, Sam, has done since he has taken our account.
Sam has done a good job in keeping me informed of the status of my containers, which is very helpful. I also have found his new status sheet to be very useful and effective. I am sure that as time progresses, you will find Sam to be a very valuable addition to your company.
