To whom it may concern,

Kim Harris has taken care of our account for almost 2 years now and we have been very fortunate to have her helping us with our shipments. She knows how demanding we can be and she understands that we require extra attention to make sure our containers are not delayed. We only have one customer and we can never be late or the orders are cancelled. She keeps us informed on all stages of the shipments and goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of for every shipment. She takes the time to explain what is going on, and what needs to be done to expedite our shipments. UCM is fortunate to have her as an employee and we are really lucky to have someone like Kim who is so patient and understanding taking care of our shipments.
